2023 BPA Fall Conference HOTEL LODGING: Decolonization of the Mind: Manifestations, Lessons, and Transcendence

***EACH PERSON STAYING IN THE ROOM MUST SUBMIT A SEPARATE BOOKING FORM FOR THEIR LODGING***

Ensure that you have selected the appropriate options for your registration and lodging. All bookings should be made through BPA in order to ensure that we will have space for you and your guests. You must book your hotel through BPA in order to receive priority admission to the conference functions.

Two-part registration is mandatory for all attendees.

Hotel Room Options:

• Room options include the Deluxe Resort View Room starting at $261 for double occupancy and the Deluxe Ocean View Room starting at $285 for double occupancy. Double occupancy means that a room will lodge 2 guests. Single occupancy means that a room will lodge 1 guest. All prices are per person. Please select the total number of room nights needed to cover all the nights you will be staying in the BPA room block.
• If you need accommodations for a family room (3 or more guests), please email us at info@blackpsychs.org instead of booking your lodging here. A very limited number of family rooms are available at a premium cost. Family rooms are limited to a maximum of 2 adults plus 1 child guest (up to 17 years old) per adult guest. 
• Please select the number of room nights below that you will need under your preferred room by expanding the view of the payment options (View more price options) and choosing One Night, Two Nights, Three Nights, Four Nights, Five Nights, or Six Nights.
•  Staying at the hotel but not booking through the BPA room block? Additional flat surcharge of $200* to attend conference functions. 
• Not staying at the hotel (non-hotel-resident)? Additional $228* fee per adult per day for a DAY PASS to the property plus the above additional flat surcharge of $200* to attend conference functions.

*Failure to pay these fees will result in denial of entry to the hotel and/or the conference.

Important Details:

• Early Bird Registration ends September 21st.
• Regular Registration ends October 9th.
• Conference functions will take place on November 9th, November 10th, November 11th, November 12th, and November 13th.
• We have a room block that is first come, first served. If the room block is full, we will continue to request additional rooms until the hotel is fully booked.
• The BPA room block can accommodate stays up to 1 night before (November 8th) and 1 night after (November 13th)  the conference. If you need rooms outside of these dates, you are responsible for booking the additional days directly with the hotel.
• Single occupancy means there is one occupant in the room. Double occupancy means there are two people staying in the room.
• For Double Occupancy Only, please note that your roommate must also enter your name on their registration form in order for you to be matched.
• Check-in starts at 3:00 PM and checkout is at 12:00 PM.
• No discounts are available for room bookings and non-hotel-resident fees.
• A full refund of your hotel lodging costs is available up to 11:59 PM on October 9, 2023.
